This exclusion does not exclude Sponsor's liability for its own fraud, death or personal injury caused by its own negligence. Sponsor will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control: technology failures of any kind (including those which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of entries), problems with collection of or winner's failure to claim or collect a prize correctly, any act or default of a third party supplier. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and individual deemed to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor's decisions regarding all matters relating to this prize draw are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
There is no cash alternative to the prize (or any part thereof).
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part thereof) for a prize of equivalent monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its reasonable control. Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner.
The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) and must reply by email providing their details (full name and postal address) within 1 week of notification being sent by Sponsor in order to claim their prize, otherwise the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor will be entitled to select another winner (using the process described above).
